- Works with stock, un-ported heads, but is great for S&S CNC ported heads
- More power across rpm range best results from 2500 rpm - 5500 rpm

- Installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance and valve-to-piston clearance.
- A hydraulic press and other professional-level tools are required for installation.
- S&S recommends that adjustable pushrod/covers be used.
- Camshaft bearings and gaskets must be replaced when installing new camshafts.
