Eastcoastin™ Returns Policy for any Motorcycle Parts
At Eastcoastin™, we stand by the quality of our motorcycle parts and gear. To keep things fair and consistent for all customers, please carefully review our return policy below. By purchasing from Eastcoastin™, you agree to the following terms:
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

All items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including manufacturer’s box, instructions, and all components).

Items showing any signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted.
- Refund will be processed if all of these conditions are met. If they are not, we will ship the part back to you. Your entries from that specific returned part will removed from the giveaway if purchased during a giveaway.
Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items

Electronics (including but not limited to lighting, ignition modules, audio equipment, wiring, and other electrical components) are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team at info@eastcoastin.com within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

Ship the item back in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation, to the address provided with your RA approval.
Inspection & Refunds

Once received, returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

Refunds (less the 30% restocking fee and shipping charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Items deemed ineligible for return (used, damaged, or missing components) will not receive a refund and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
