We’ve been made aware of scammers and fraudulent accounts impersonating Eastcoastin.

These bad actors may attempt to contact you pretending to be associated with our brand in order to steal money, personal information, or access to your accounts.

Eastcoastin Will Never Ask You for Money

Eastcoastin will never:

  • Call you asking for payment, fees, or deposits

  • Text you requesting money or gift cards

  • DM you on Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms asking for payment

  • Email you asking to send money, crypto, or wire transfers

  • Contact you claiming you’ve “won” something but must pay to receive it

If someone contacts you claiming to be Eastcoastin and asks for money in any form, it is a scam.

Official Eastcoastin Communication

The only ways Eastcoastin communicates are:

  • Through our official website

  • From our verified social media accounts

  • Via order confirmation or customer support emails related to purchases you made directly on our site

  • A direct call from Sal or Gabe that will not ask you for money

We do not conduct business through private wallets or unofficial accounts.

Common Scam Tactics to Watch For

Scammers often:

  • Use accounts with slightly misspelled usernames or logos

  • Pressure you with urgency (“last chance,” “act now,” “account issue”)

  • Ask for secrecy or discourage you from contacting our support team

  • Offer prizes, sponsorships, or partnerships that require payment

What To Do If You’re Contacted by a Scammer

If you believe you’ve been contacted by a fraudulent account:

  1. Do not respond

  2. Do not send money or personal information

  3. Report and block the account

  4. Contact Eastcoastin directly through our official website
